Mind capacity

There are times when the mind gets overwhelmed. And it feels as if it allocates 130% on a basic matter, 60% on other matters and still leaves another 10% for the smaller ones. It keeps on processing at all times, in your sleep, when you eat, when you shower. Time management gets tricky and is another issue. Those are the times you may wish you could create extra time. Not to take some things off your head, not to slow down, nor to change your deadlines. Just create some extra time, only for you and your mind, so that it will manage to get through and deliver. And your thoughts go on and on and on, circling around, coming back to the individual things you need to take care of, re-evaluating the decisions you've made, coming up with better ones. In the most unexpected moments, irrelevant thoughts blink in your head and they actually distract you, they take over your focus. In the few hours of the day that you are not preoccupied like this, the mind has the annoying habit of focusing on the tiny 1% that you actually wish you wouldn't think about. The 1% that you were hoping to avoid now that you have so many important things taking control of your mind...
